______A key feature of the project is its classic dense development format, with villas located close to one another to ensure cost-effectiveness. We successfully addressed the client's requirements and the neighboring developer's wishes to preserve the views from their villas, which significantly impacts the property's value.

______The design features a stepped layout of single- and two-story buildings, with an emphasis on maximizing panoramic views. The two-story villas are oriented at an angle to enhance visibility.

______Our architectural approach focused on using familiar and effective solutions for Bali, while incorporating wooden elements reflecting traditional Balinese culture, lending the project character and elegance. Subtle decorative patterns in the interiors complement the overall concept.
